I've been taking it at night before I got to bed but should I be taking it with food? Does it matter?

Thanks so much. I'll start taking with food. I've been really lucky in that I've never really had any side effects from it but I didn't know if it was more effective if taken with food.

I have been taking mine in the morning before breakfast, mid day after lunch and evening before dinner. I have minimal side effects and it seems to be working well so far. I will have to wait and see blookwork results though. Only been on it for a week and a half.
