I was just wondering what time of day you take your met. I take 500 mgs in the morning and 1000 at night -- but originally I was taking 500 mgs at every meal. Does anyone know if there is any evidence that timing matters?

I take 500mg with breakfast and 500mg at supper..
When i was on 2G i used to take 1000mg with breakfast and 1000mg with supper, as i used to work evenings and found that easier... when i went back to normal 9 - 5 hours i took 500mg 4 times a day, breakfast, lunch, supper and bedtime... however more than 1000mg and my stomach just didnt get on.

I'm taking the extended release so I take it all at once with dinner. That way I'm less likely to have stomach problems and I actually remember to take it.

I take mine 500mgs in the morning, and 1000mg at night. And I find that is perfect for me.

I started for two weeks on 1x 500mg with breakfast and am now on the 2x 500mg so one breakfast and one with dinner, then I go up after two weeks on that to 3x 500mg so one breakfast, one lunch, one dinner.. thats how I have been told to do it anyway, so far so good and no side effects
