When do you up your intake of supplements? I mean, for example, I am finding that my hair growth is starting up again (the unwanted hair, that is) and I still haven't gotten AF. My list of meds is below in my signature and my dosages as well.
Anyhow, when do you up your intake or do you?? Any ideas??
