Question When to run tests???

Can anyone help??? Do hormone tests need to be run on CD 3? Or can they be run anytime during the cycle?

Thanks for your help.

Hi Carla,

Please check this link I have it saved in my blog and find it so valuable. I am pretty sure I got it from a soulcyster posty. It is very explanatory as to the different tests and when to run them.

They do prefer then to be on CD 3.

Thanks to both of you for replying. My understanding also was that tests were to be run on CD 3. My friend had her hormone tests run on CD 23 and CD 36 and they have not run the free and percent of free testosterone. Her doctor never mentioned running the hormone tests on CD3. I worry that she is not getting properly diagnosed and she is growing more depressed while TTC.

Also, is the ratio of LH to FSH used in diagnosing anymore? Is the ratio 1:1 during the entire month?
