It does show if there's a marked contrast. I shave my moustache and the beard growth on my chin every day. I don't have much growth on the rest of my face, but I run the razor over it occasionally -- maybe two or three times a week.

My cheeks, sideburns, chin and neck every day - its all pretty consistent in the thickness and color. Maybe next year for Halloween I'll just skip shaving my body/face for two days, and then I'll be a gorilla :-)

I just pluck the really obvious ones from my chin and jaw line, but I have the same problem as you Miz in that my cheeks look fury if I wax the side bits. I just avoid wearing my hair up so I don't have to feel paranoid about it. My hair is long enough to hide it and it's amazing how paranoid I do get when it is tied back.

I wax practically my whole face, pluck my chin, though it isn't as bad now w/the Met and Vaniqua.

I agree w/what you ladies are saying, if I just waxed the sideburns and lip my cheeks would look peachfuzzy. Its controlled w/ a wax every two weeks.

I have some blonde fine hairs on my face that are longer and when I trim I remove all of it. If I don't I feel like the lion from the Wizard of Oz.

I Just use tweezers on my face, so I pluck only the long, dark and extra visuable hair - I'm afraid of getting worse after removing all, even light and thin facial hair.

I Tweeze my Chin. But Shave the rest. I have dark hair and even though my skin feels smooth from shaving it feels irriated and it still leaves a noticable dark area where I have been shaving. I am so paranoid about it. I NEVER wear my hair up now. I feel like everyone is staring at me.

I tweeze the chin and neck hairs that are dark. I wax the mustache area. For the face, I bleach it. That combination seems to work. Because I'm pregnant, for a little bit I waxed the face, but that always leaves me with some zits for a couple of days, so as soon as he's born, it's back to the bleach.

american laser center! it really is worth the money. it has changed my life.

cutting the hairs can be better if the hair isnt already thick and dark like pubic hair becuase it doesnt give a stubbly appearance.
