Hi I am currently taking provera to get af and then clomid. I was wondering say this cycle of clomid doesnt work when should I start taking Vitex to get af and when should af come after taking vitex. When should I take soy? I have heard a lot of women who use these products I just wanna know when and how to take them. I would apperciate your imput.

Hi. Vitex isnt used like Provera to induce a period, it usually helps regulate but it takes a while. Some people use it only part of cycle and some use it all cycle long. As far as soy people have been taking it either CD3-7 or CD5-9. Hope that helps!

I take Vitex all through my cycles. I haven't seen any adverse reaction to taking it during af. It really does seem to be regulating my cycles, though!! I hope it works for you, too!!
