I should know this but I forgot and I can't call and ask the RE becasue I was suppose to abstain from having intercourse after the M/C and I didn't. I O'ed on my own and well of course tried to catch the egg and since porgestrone was the issue last month I thought since I have some left I should go ahead and use it since I O'ed does anyone know how many days after O should I start it I forgot to put that in my notes last month!

You'll be fine! Baby wouldn't have implanted yet - start taking them and that will help when baby does.

Right now is the perfect time for you to start Chula! Dont worry! You should ways wait until ovulation is confimed. If you "think" you O'd but didnt and you take progesterone it will prevent you from O'ing.
If you are having a RE monitored cycle and know exactly when you O'd then obviously you can start as soon as you O.
But, when you are doing it on your own by charting you should always wait until you get crosshairs and your chart looks ovulatory. If not, you could be starting too soon. So 3-4 days after ovulation is fine. Infact, may women dont start until 7 days after ovulation when their progesterone levels get checked.

Just wanted to say Good luck, Chula! You and I are in the same place of our cycles, within a day or two anyways. I believe that I am 4dpo today. I'll be keeping an eye on your posts!

By the way, here is a good example of why you should wait until ovulation is confimed before starting NPC. Check out my chart... it has me at 3dpo and looking at the chart anyone would believe I O'd on Friday. But, I did not.
I went to the RE on Friday and had a 12mm follicle. I went back to the RE on Sunday and the follicle was 18 1/2. I had not O'd yet.
If I didnt know that and started pogesterone today I would stop the egg from releasing and wouldnt ovulate.

I start progesterone 2 days after O so I think you are fine. By the way, the cycle after a m/c (a early m/c anyways, as I was told in my case) has a higher chance of pg because hormones from the pg are still in your system and your body is more "normal" than if it was a normal TTC cycle. Does that make since? It did to me. I had two m/c back to back, didn't O after the second one while I went through RPL testing, but then did meds again and got pg. This time we knew my problem was progesterone so I carried Lauren to term. So really I had three pg cycles back to back. GOOD LUCK!
