Default When to stop using NPC?

I never ovulate, and my periods are few and VERY far between, so I thought I'd give NPC cream a chance. I just started taking it day before yesterday (have only applied it three times), and it seems AF is here in full swing. Yea! I want to know if I should stop using it? When should I start back up again? The 14 day on/off thing confuses me. Is that 14 days from when it starts or ends that I should start again?

You can stop now and start again after 14 days. So if this is the 1st day of AF then you should start NPC again on 27th or 28th of August.

When using NPC, make sure you give it time to absord into your skin before applying clothing or washing or something. (That's what my Dr. told me anyways) YEAH though for your period coming!!!

Thanks for your help! Here's another question: do I need to start the NPC 14 days before even if I didn't need that much time to start? My period started with only two days of use. Maybe I could just always use it 2 days before my period is supposed to start? What do you think?
