Default When to take BCP?

In the morning, night, or it doesn't matter? I start my first pack today.

You should take them at about the same time everyday... so pick a time that you are likely to remember them. whether it be when you get up in the morning or before you go to bed at night.

It doesn't matter as long as you are consistant. Some people prefer night time so that if there are side effects you sleep through them. I never noticed it to make much difference. (Then again this would be best with side effects like nausea, which was never one I had a problem with...)

Wink Time change worked for me

HI there! I am a very new bcp starter too. I started taking mine for the first few days in the morning when I woke up. I had three days of unbelievable nausea! I just felt terrible. I switched it to bedtime and have felt great for the last couple days. I guess everybody just has to find out what works for them.

I am just thankful that I feel better taking them at night! I was ready to throw the whole pack out the window after the second day!! : )

Good Luck to you!

It doesn't matter but if you think you may feel ill when you start them after a meal is best.
