Can anyone give me some good advice on soya isoflavones? i know there is a subject on it already, i wanted to know if anyone had had any sucess using it, but mainly would like to know when to start taking it and for how long?

It didnt work for me... but I will switch this thread over to the Alternative remedies board... the women over there are wonderful and full of knowledge... I wish you tons of luck!

I tokk soy for the first time this cycle on days 5-9, and it appears it may have worked! I won't know for sure until Tuesday because Fertility Friend needs a few consecutive days of high temps. I had ewcm, and a temp dip which both hint O.
