Question When to take Zoloft??

Hi everyone...
I am a lurker usually.. but I have a question I hope you guys can help me with...
For those of you on Zoloft
When do you take your meds?

I have tried Bed and Morning and I still feel groggy sometimes... Is there a RIGHT time to take it?
I am currently taking 100of Zoloft

Thanks BabyJade!!
I have been on it a while... a few months.. but I am also hypothyroid so the combination of it all is just so depressing, I can never tell WHY I am not feeling good!
Im hoping that by starting to post more and talk to people who understand.. I might find the support to make it through this...
Good Luck and Thanks!!
JEN

Do not take it at anytime during the day!! I forgot to take my dose at bedtime so I took it the next morning. I took a two hour nap (mind you I had just gotten up for the day) and I was groggy for the rest of the day! It makes for a great sleeping pill LOL!!

Actually,

I am totally different..... I take mine in the morning... I take 200mg when I first get up.... my doctor also told me not to take it at bedtime... it is an antidepressant.. in other words it lifts you up.... actually one side effect is insomina... thats why I can not take it late in the day.... I already suffer from insomina and if I take it later in the day it makes it that much worse.....but people react differently to meds....SO if you find that its better at nite then take it then,, if not take it morning or midday... whatever is best for you...

TERRA....
