Default When will AF come?

Hi everyone!. First i would like to thank you all for your kind words and i have really learned a lot of you all.
I am suppose to wait three months before trying to concieve again, as directed by my doctor. As of Wednesday, it will be 6 weeks since i lost my angel baby. I am still taking my temps in the morning and ovulation tests (we are going to wait atleast one cycle, but i want to see how my body is reacting to the miscarriage). I still have not even ovulated (by checking temps and OPK). I cant be pregnant because my temps are not elevated. So, how long did it take you ladies to have your first AF after miscarrying. I didnt have to have a D&C and i was 5 weeks along. However, i have always had problems getting a period. Do you all think i should call the doctor and see if he wants to give me meds to induce it like i have had to before?

I think you you have known Ov problems, and therefore don't get AF regularly, you should call and ask about getting Provera.

I don't Ov on my own, and don't get AF, so my doctor prescribed me Provera and told be to take it between 6-8 weeks post m/c.

Hope this helps you some (*hugs*)

Prenatal, 81mg Aspirin
Clomid 50mg, 100mg = P4's 1. No Ov!
100mg= P4 8.1 BFN
150mg= ???

It took me about 5 weeks after my natural m/c, 6 weeks after second D&C and after my first D&C she never came so I had to take Provera. You could wait another few weeks.... or call and get something from your doc to get things started.

About 5-6 weeks after both D&C & my natural m/c ..BUT I got my AF regularly every 28 days. So I agree with the others you know your body best I would call the doctor.

So, i called my doctor today told them that i had not had a period and had no signs of getting one anytime soon. The nurse (the one that was so horrible about the miscarriage) said that she agreed that they should give me some medicine to help me! She was also very nice and asked me how i was doing and how i was holding up.......WHAT AN IMPROVEMENT!

I am glad that she was nice to you this time. Maybe she felt guilty for being so mean. I am glad that they are going to get you something to get things going.

Thanks me too! She called me back today and said that he would rather me come in to discuss what to do next. Instead of doing everything over the phone until september when we can start TTC again. I know that doctors probably hate this but i am making a list of things that i need to ask him. Because i dont know how long he wants me to wait if i get another pos pregnancy test. Or what he wants me to do if i ever miscarry! Things like that, so i am grateful for the visit Thursday, we will see what he says!
