Default When you began your diet, did this happen to you ?

Hi Everyone---

I began my low carb/no sugar way of eating last friday. My blood sugar levels have come down quite a bit, so I know good things are happening. My problem is that for the past 3 days I have been have quite strong blood sugar lows.

Is this something that will pass and the levels will even out?

Thank you very much!

Liz

Dependng on the amount of carbs you are doing a day, and oyur total intake of calories, oyu may expect low readings. How low exactly are you refering to? You can actually go too low carb so make sure you are getting enough healthy carbs.
