I keep putting my points in the bank to earn interest and just now I went in to move the points to my pocket here's my copy and paste:

I withdrew 110 points and went to click on Gifts to buy some and it said I didnt have enough points. So I went back to the bank and all of my points in my opcket (should have been 160.10 were gone! WTH???

that kept happening to me when I wanted to purchase a ribbon. I had to wait a min or so for everything to refresh...I went and read another thread or two and it was there :-)

Just kidding... Really it does take a minute or two to refresh and update everything. You just have to be a little patience and hit refresh a few times! Glad you found your money... I was gonna go on a scavenger hunt... Finders Keepers

blair, this happened to me tonight as well. As it stands an hour later and my points are still somewhere in LALA Land.. I would love to know how to get them back..

ok I just went to the bank and withdrew 20 points, went back to the bank area but they were not there, so I refreshed the page and then they showed up. Have you tried logging out and then back in?
are you using the the the old version of SC or have you switched to royal?

Have you looked in your HISTORY under the Ribbons & Gifts menu? It should have all transactions you've made including withdrawing and depositing of points. You'll also be able to see who you've spent gifts on and how much they cost.
My hope is by looking in your history, maybe you'll find where the 40 points went. Sorry I don't know how else to help.
