We ended up getting most of our stuff at Babies Galore. Did you get the discount card? For every 1 or 2 hundred (can't remember which) you get 10% off.

We got our cot from Babies Galore and they didn't offer us the discount card... then next time we bought something there that was only cheap, they gave us one - so probably they think if you don't know about it, they can get away with it!! You should ask for one I reckon!!!
I don't know where in Sydney you are, but if its not too far to go out to Michinbury (past Blacktown) there is a shop that sells both new and 2nd hand baby goods, I think its called Baby Bargins. Maybe worth a look...

Yeah, I think it depends on who you talk to. Keep your reciepts and get it added to the card when you get it. They mark the ones that have been added to the card.

Baby Kingdom in Bankstown (234 Hume Hwy) & now in Alexandria. Cheaper & better range than Babies Galore. As a VIP member you automatically get a discount and you can haggle too.
