Are you still on Metformin? If not, you may want to go back on it. Do you stay on it when you get pregnant? A lot of cysters stay on Met for at least the first trimester.
You could try taking Soy Isoflavones to induce ovulation. You would take it the same cd's you would Clomid. And after you've ovulated maybe you could try adding natural progesterone cream (npc). You run 1/4-1/2 tsp twice daily on thin parts of your skin like inner thigh, inner arms. And you would continue using this until the end of your first trimester or if your dr prescribes you progesterone support.
