I'm a BrisVegas chick also. Lived in Rockhampton for a while (2 years) and hated it (no offense to anyone who lives there...) - just love living in Brissie, particularly its close proximity to so many of my loves (rainforests, beautiful beaches on the coasts, mountains...).

Brooke - Northern beaches of Sydney is a great place to live also - I can see why you love it. Touch cold for me, but almost as good!

I was born in Sydney (Baulkham Hills), moved to Auckland NZ when I was 5, then Tauranga when I was 7, back up to Auckland when I was 19, back to Sydney when I was 24 but got homesick for family and friends and moved back to Auckland 4 months later!! I do love Sydney though - my grandmother and heaps of my rellies are there!!
