So far I have had no luck in my online searches...
I would like to find some, because according to the author of 'Saw Palmetto for Men and Women', it (along with saw palmetto, stinging nettles, and pygeum) can help to lower DHT levels.

Thanks, DollFin! I did look at that product, and while it seems like it would be wonderful to use for regularity, it contains pumpkin seeds, rather than pumpkin seed extract. The extract gives you more bang for your buck, right?
I still haven't been able to find any pumpkin seed extract, but I am taking Planetary Formulas Pumpkin Seed Oil. Or is "oil" another word for "extract", in this case?
Is Planetary Formulas a good brand? Or can I do better? I searched for pumpkin seed extract at NS, but found no matches.

No, oil is not the same thing as extract. Oil is the oil you get when you press the seed, extract is the elements of the seed being extracted (hard to explain, but totally different).
I know Enzymatic Therapy sells pumpkin seed extract, and I know for sure they are a good brand, as far as quality. I don't know anything Planetary Formulas (and all my mom knows is that they aren't as good as NSP ha ha ha :-) ). http://www.enzy.com/products/display...923&cpmid=1858
My mom said there is not a big difference in the extract or the whole seed, it is just a matter of preference.

Yeah, eating the seeds (raw) will give you the benefit of the whole seed. The extract, the oil, and the fiber, too. That is often true of most herbs and other natural things, but often times you can't eat enough to get all the benefit you need, so they are concentated, or they taste really bad, so they are encapsulated.
