Just wondering if anyone is taking cinnamon, what form do you take it in and does anyone know where/how to get cinnamon in capsule form?
I'm in Melbourne Australia.

Cinnamon capsules and cinnamon directly from the container do exactly the same thing ... So if you cant find cinnamon capsules maybe you could take it in the powdered form... Like I add half a teaspoon - to one teaspoon to my porridge when i cook it in the morning with a few drops of vanilla extract and powdered sugar replacement... and it makes it real yum!! You can also add it to other things, like i add some in my coffee or hot choc, or smoothie is good too.... '

They say that 1/2 teaspoon is all you need to see a difference --- i tend to use more than that.... But there are some ideas for you if you cant find the pills either -- Might even be MUCH cheaper...
OR... You culd but the empty capsules and fill your own if you dont like the taste of cinnamon... (and have alot of time)
Or u can find International food shop there is BIG RED chewing gum that sell for 30 sticks of BIG RED for $4, these BIG RED is my fave about 20 years ago someone from USA who live in australia for 2 years as their family send some USA food to them and they gave me some and OMG i was so in love with BIG RED.
Can I ask, what exactly ar the benefits of cinnamon? I am pretty uninformed when it comes to this and would like to have a better understanding.

I checked with my local health food store about cinnamon capsules last week. They checked the different brands of vitamins they had in stock from their manufacturers on their computer and none of them make cinnamon capsules. They suggested I try the powdered form if I wanted to use it. Hope this helps.
I found some! Nature's Own ~ Blood Glucose Balance (with Cinnamon and Chromium) and they're not too expensive. I found them at ChemMart!
