my doctor told me that vitex is not good for pcos because we do not have high prolactin level..and also, if vitex reduces our FSH degree, this wont be a good step for us..So I gave up using vitex...is there anyone who have any other ideas?

Actually I have a border degree for prolactin but my LH degree is very high..so I am really suspicious to use vitex..I gor it as a plant I use its seeds and I make a tea with vitex..my god...not sure what to do.

i got mine in the vitamin shoppe and it was the most cost effective bottle i found i also found that their staff was a little more knowledgeable about it then the other stores in my area. GNC almost gave me a suppliment for men when i asked about it
