Hello Ladies,

I have not been on this site for 3 months. I had back surgery in June and have not been able to sit for long periods of time.

I started insulite in November 05. I had the same results as you all have. I swore by this stuff. It got rid of my migraines. It brought on my period every month and without all of the symptoms that go along with it. It got rid of my anxiety, depression, mood swings. The hair on my head fell out less and the hair on my face lessoned. I still got some acne and cysts, but I use "bye, bye blemish" for both the acne and cysts and it works GREAT!! I took insulite for 6 months. I stopped taking it in June for 2 reasons. One because I had completed the 6 months that insulite recommends and Two I had my back surgery in June and the Doctor wanted me to stop all medications.

In August I had a migraine with my period and some mood swings. So I went back on the insulite. I've been on it for 3 weeks and although it is working for some symptoms it is not the sudden impact I had when I first went on it. I hope that it will work as wonderfully this time as it did last time. I was only off of it for about 2 1/2 months.

It is a huge financial commitment, but I think it is worth it. I saw my Endo 4 months ago and my lab work was all good. I then told her that I was taking the insulite and she said "It seems to be working so i say keep taking it"

It hasn't helped me to lose weight, but I have other issues in that area besides PCOS. It has helped me not to feel hungry.

For me it was a blessing to find this stuff. After suffering with PCOS for 30 years. I know you all understand but I can't even put into words what it felt like to feel "normal".

For all of you sitting on the fence about trying this product I say TRY it. If you think you can't afford it, don't go out to dinner twice a month or pack a lunch instead of the roach coach. You can always find the money.

Good Luck to everyone on your health journey.

Rebecca

Insulite looks interesting, but the ingredients aren't listed on the website, that I can see. What are all the ingredients in these pills? And, are they all-natural? No chemicals, no preservatives, etc?

Mallory - I lurk here; haven't started insulite but I'm thinking about it. Anyway, they do have the ingredients listed; you can find them here: http://www.pcos.insulitelabs.com/PCOS-Elements.php Hope that helps!

so happy for you!! It is so great to hear good news about PCOS problems. Doesn't it drive you alittle crazy that so many women ask the same question everyday on this site. What will help with my PCOS? and we yell INSULITE!! It's like the magic pill. I know it's expensive but so worth it. Plus you see so many women that list what they are taking everyday and alot of the natural ingredents are in the insulite. I'm sure that paying for each product individually is much more expensive than insulite.
OK i'm done with my little speech.

I think that studies have shown that some women have gotten their hormons in balance after 6 months of taking the insulite and therefor no longer need it.

For me after being off of insulite for 2 months my symptoms started to return. So I went back on the insulite.

My husband and I are on a fixed income and if we can scrape the money together, believe me, anyone can!!

I'm new to this site and ordered the insulite which should be here in a few days. I'm excited to see how it works after reading everyones posts. I was wondering if anyone could give me a little information on what the diet part of the program is. The website doesn't list a lot about it. Also what others have had success with on losing weight. I was pregnant last year and only gained 10 pounds with my daughter but after I had her I gained lots of weight. I'm about 25 pounds heavier now than when I was pregnant. Please if you can let me know what you all do. thanks. Lisa

I have been on Insulite since August, have got some shedding, but not really a full period yet? Anyone go this long without a full bleed while being on this stuff?

I just wanted to bump this up. I am thinking about doing it. Want some feedback and opinions. Do any of you do it with Met or just without? I know you are allowed to take it with Met. Any bad side reactions? Anything good? Please share! Thanks!!
