So if I can't find my points in my profile, does that mean that I dont' have any? I'm not sure if I'm even looking in the right place. Also, where is the store? Finally, if someone sends me a gift, is there a way to reply to thank them? Help!

Thank you! I'm so glad I'm not the only one, lol. I joined the forum several years ago but stopped coming for a long time. When I came back there's all this new stuff and I've gotten a couple of gifts but have no idea how to respond to them either.
There is a sticky on the Questions Regarding Board Functions that addresses all the questions that you have. The best thing to do is go to that board. It explains how to do everything, how to give/receive points, gifts, etc.

If you look at the top of the screen there is a menu choice of "Ribbons & Gifts". If you select Bank under Ribbons & Gifts, you can see how many points you have.
I don't know of a way to reply to a gift besides by sending a Private Message to the person who sent you a gift.
