Last day of exams is this wednesday, 1st day of lectures is 7th. I think we're a week earlier than most unis, I've got mates coming down from Wellington for Re-O Week cos they are on holiday for a week later than us.

So you slackers on holiday hows it going, spose you are all enjoying the weather - unless its been like ours - miserable, it has been raining for over a week now, every day without fail.
Then worse I get stuck in an office with no windows & then come out for lunch & at the end of the day, all I find is wet & cold BAH!

I am going to be a real kiwi again soon ... heading back home as early as next month. But the more of Winter I can miss the better. Have just been in 40deg temps so it's gonna be cold!

Back to uni next week, although I only really got 1 week off, i was working extra hours the week before that.
I'm off to the rugga next weekend! yay!

I am officially a 100% Kiwi again and am back from my latest lot of travels. As much as I love travelling, it is the best being able to come back to NZ

Hey you all - we've had a BEAUTIFUL weekend! I hope you're all keeping dry!
We signed a lease for a new place next year (Yeah I know its early, but thats what happens in StudentVille). Cute little 2 bedroom place with a nice paved courtyard and grassy area out the bad - room for bbqs, entertaining, and most importantly Mr-Now-3. Much better than the studio rooms we've been in for the last 18 months or so!

'friad I can't say dry here - we've had 2 Pukeko & a bunch of ducks take up residence in the neighbourhood, especially as 2 houses down the back yard has a bit of a pond due to all of the rain.

Good to hear you have a flat for next year, Feb Can be a bit chaotic around the start of the year from what I heard. I had a few friends who went to Otago Uni - I grew up on the peninsula
Jeanette - I'm back in Chch at the moment, sponging off my parents again until I find a job ... am hoping one comes up soon. I've been making a few dollars off trademe but it's not the same as full time work.

Seems like plenty of snow on the Alps from what I can see I'm hoping to head to Hamner Springs in the next few weeks with some friends, as it's great there in the hot pools in Winter.
