I am doing a low carb/no carb, no sugar diet- it is the only thing that I have found (coupled with the Hyponidd) that has kept me out of pain. But I really miss my carbs...
I just read that White Kidney Bean Extract is suppose to stop the body from turning carbs into sugar. Has anyone tried White Kidney Bean Extract? Or tried it with taking blood sugar readings? Was it any help?
