I do yoga twice a week and am the most inflexible person you will meet! I love it though as it gives me a challenge to try and get my body better are moving etc.

I did Tai Chi for about 2 years. I actually got into it while in massage therapy school and absolutely loved it. It is much easier IMO than yoga and more grounding and relaxing for ma anyways. I always felt that I pushed my body too hard while doing yoga and Tai Chi was just much more natural to me. I would love to start it up again as I really did love it.

I love pilates...haven't had much time to do it recently though . I used to do a lot of ballet from a young kid until my early twenties which I find very similar in strenghthening, flexibility, etc. I'd too like to try out Tai Chi it's supposed to be great for mind and body for all ages.

This is all so interesting. I broke my leg in early October, but next year, when I've healed up, I'd definitely into doing some yoga, pilates and/or Tai Chi.
