I conceived DD#1 while taking vitex (800 mg), red raspberry leaf (960 mg), Met (1500 mg) and baby aspirin (among other things). I took vitex and Met one cycle, then added RRL and BA the following cycle and got my first BFP.

thankyou for letting me know = its very nice to hearthat ican happen
ireally really would like to concieve naturally if at all possible( well i know all women would)

I conceived three seperate times when on d-chiro-inositol, n-acetyl-cysteine, and alpha lipoic acid, and I try to eat a lot of cinnamon also. I also did one cycle of Soy Isoflavones, and am trying that again now.

Unfortunately I m/c all three times... I went off all vitamins/supplements except the pre-natal vitamin once I got a BFP, so think maybe that was why. This time I'm going to stay on everything I think.

I was on Met for years, but never got pregnant. I went to WW and 30 pounds, and at the beginning of September I started taking baby aspirin and got pregnant by mid-September. Found out I was pregnant at the end of September when my period was late (no surprise there), I was constipated, and my legs ached. I'm always recommending baby aspirin. Read up on it and see if it's something you think might help you.

I conceived my daughter on herbs alone. and ofcourse weight loss and exercise!

The plan is to lose weight & exercise - balance hormones. Take an insulin sensitiser - bring down insulin levels. Take something to make you ovulate if you do not. After all of these are addressed you are likely to have as much chance of a normal pregnancy as other "normal" ladies

I conceived this pregnancy on Femaprin and baby aspirin. I actually started on Nature's Way Vitex in October of 2008, then I switched to Femaprin (also vitex) in February and got a bfp in April. I am currently 15 weeks pregnant. Of course, I had to placed on prometrium to supplement my progesterone until 14 weeks. I highly recommend Femaprin.
