Thank you for your kind greetings! Websissy, thank's especially for the advice and the kind words! This is certainly not easy and I appreciate how much support you and others give Cathy here. Thoughts and prayers to you as you go into your next cycle of treatment!
Mindijean - hello to you too! Congrats on the progress with quitting the smoking! Keep up the good work!
Canistars - a magic wand would be nice, wouldn't it? God is in the details (and all other aspects of life), and this has been a major road of discovering new details about life I never knew! From my perspective, learning about all aspects of PCOS and fertility has been an exercise in patience - there's just sooooo much to learn. Over time, however, things start falling into place. Enoucrage your SO to at least browse around. I just joined up, something I should have done a long time ago, and am anxious to make some new friends here and like you get a feel for how others help cope with everything.
Thanks again everyone! Glad to be onboard (finally)!

Thanks for your kind words, and for your support for Cathy - I know it means a lot to her! We too will be praying for you that the Clomid treatments work for you and your DH.
Thanks for your prayers, they are very much appreciated.
Steve (my DH) and i are so sorry that your injectable cycle didn't work out (((hugs))) <--- you and Cathy. I can't believe that doctor canceled after only 5 days ! Still, you and Cathy try to keep your chins up and never give up hope. Steve and i are praying that all goes extremely well for your adoption plans.
Look after yourself and don't be a stranger, we are here for you both.

Im pretty new here, my fiance isnt on this site i found it in a google search. I try my best to understand her and what she goes through and try and help as best i can. Thanks to you guys on here i know a fair bit more. She wont come on to boards like this for various reasons so just tell her what i find out sometimes and i do my best to give her the emotional support she needs.
Perhaps you could have your partner join you now and again when you are on here, when she feels ready?
You could do all the typing and she could just look?
Good luck to you both
Lin

Annie signed me up, not sure what to say except Hello.
Tell us how you see it. What are the problems for you? Is the possible infertility issue a problem? Is the moustache and beard growth that many of us have a problem in your eyes? Would you rather see a woman have electrolysis, or laser, or shave every day? That's the sort of issue we face and wonder how men feel about it.

My biggest problem is when they put Annie on the medicine she was on; it made her very moody and hard to live with. Infertility is not a problem for me as much as it is for Annie, I am ok with adopting, but Annie says it’s not fair to me and of course adopting is much more expensive than having your own children. The facial hair I don’t even notice I just see the beautiful girl beyond. Annie wants the electrolysis, and if that makes her happier and it’s what she wants, then I am all for that, but it doesn’t bother me.
