I'm so sorry for your loss...With my last m/c I just got what I thought was my normal a/f. Then 2 weeks later, I had some light spotting and a + preg test at the doctor. My beta only got up to 120...I didn't have much bleeding at all. I did have a feel days where I didn't feel well...I think it was from the hormones fluctuating. I wouldn't worry too much about not bleeding...being as your hcg didn't get very high, you may not have much bleeding at all.
