Default why am i SO HUNGRY!?

hi everyone! i recently started a low carb diet, and i am hungry ALL THE TIME. I can't eat smaller, fewer meals because i eat on a college meal plan that only allows for a few meals a day, but i find i'm hungry like 20 minutes after eating (if that long even). what am i doing wrong?

What are you eating? I would try logging your food on a free calorie/nutrition online log for a while... You might not be getting enough calories. Can you plan for some left overs with your meals? That way you have something to eat later...

I personally would recommend that you low "simple" carbs, make sure you get complex carbs, you need that to fuel your brain...

It would really help if you'd post a sample day or two with amounts, so we know what you're eating.

All I can say is the same thing was happening to me. I kept getting hungrier and hungrier, and I would get shaky and dizzy 2 hours after every meal. Then I realized that I had been exercising less. I started working out 1 hour a day, 5 days a week and I feel MUCH better now. I'm hungry way less often and my blood sugar levels are great.
