Does it have to do with Sperm Count? DH2B was asking as well... I told him that no we can BD every day if that's what he wants... like I am going to tell him no.
Anyways a little insight would be nice.
Thanks,

This way you have all your bases covered. Sperm can live for 5 days under the right conditions, but they usually only live one to two days.
So if you BD every other day you increase your odds To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

Points: 948.37 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 948.37 | I just asked my RE about this as well. She said that every other day should be more than sufficient and that it does help to give the sperm a chance to replenish. But, she also said, if you are in the mood and you decide to do two days in a row it shouldn't be an issue (provided that there is no male infertility factor). Hope that helps!

The egg is viable for 24 hours after it's released so you really want some strong potent sperm waiting for that egg. Bd every day makes the sperm weaker.. but again.. if you're in teh mood to do it every day and there is no male factor.. i say enjoy! :-)

Points: 1,288.16 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 1,288.16 | the RE explained it to me as the sperm take 24 to 48 hours to mature. Anything before that they might be too slow and wont servive.

I think either way is okay. We just go with the flow and sometimes we'll do two days in a row if I'm pretty sure that I'm ovulating. |
