we all do it - don't feel bad! i tested yesterday on dpo10 and today - both with bfns.
just try to think about all of us out there doing the same thing as you in the morning: trying to hold our negative tests up to all kinds of light sources for 30 minutes, putting them down by the sink, walking out of the room, running back in with our glasses on this time and picking it up again to hold it by the window for natural light. then standing there contemplating tearing the test apart to see what's inside and eyeing the trash can to dig out yesterday's test for comparison. omg - wtf is wrong with me? one-tubing it with my little amber bottles:
• metformin
• baby aspirin
• vitamin B
• synthroid
• prenatals
• pre-seed
1st round of clomid (50mg) - ovulated, BFP, chemical m/c
2nd round of clomid (50mg) - ovulated, BFN
ovulated on holiday break from meds - BFN
3rd round of clomid (100mg) - triggered a 25mm follicle on 2/9!
Aww my heart goes out to all of you and me too. I understand though it will happen it will promise relax and as they say when you least expect it...

TTC #2 using soy, I will be starting this as soon as I get my cycle. I will be doing CD 3-7 (2 65 mg tablets of Soy). I am getting the test strips and I also have a Ovulation calendar
Don't hate yourself! It does suck that they're so expensive and all that money spent on BFNs is annoying (need to go get some of those Dollar Tree ones).
Oh I gave up paying more than $1 per test loooooooooong ago.
I can't even IMAGINE what it would be like to be fertile. It's such an impossible thought.

mollie - It's like you have a video camera in my bathroom! That is EXACTLY what I do every month!
I am determined not to this month though. I gave my tests to my hubby this morning (I'm 8dpo) and told him that he absolutely cannot give them back until Sunday! I am determined not to do this to myself this month!

JZ I love how you think. I will have to try that with my hubby. Although knowing me I will be trying to trick him into giving me one of the tests the very next day. I do that with gifts and can sometimes get him to let me open my gifts beforehand lol. I know I'm so impatient but I can't help myself sometimes.

See, but the problem with NOT testing is that it's just as devastating to see that beastly blood on the toilet paper. Maybe even MORE devastating since you may have managed to wait 12 or 14 days with your hopes up. I waited 10 days and got a BFN, so now I can already begin the "healing" process.
Ah let's face it, both ways SUCK!
