i hate it and its silly i could have a great life its only me holding it back. errr i in bed wanting to die run away from work today

Ugh! I feel the same way! Get a therapist or something. It's really ironic for me...I used to be really suicidal (I'm on meds now and feel better) and I'm a counselor....I work with suicidal teenagers....It's totally crazy. I wish I could just do what I tell the girls to do and take my own advice....It's so weird.

i feel the same way. i don't necessarily want to kill myself, just want to lay down and die, KWIM? but i think about it. im glad we don't have a handheld gun in the home or i would have already done something by now. i am on antidepressant but i just had a baby and everything in my life has gone wrong. and nothing i do is good enough, so a pill can't fix everything.
