Default Why does this happen

hi ladies, I am wondering if anyone else gets real sick and feels like throwing up when AF is here. I feel lightheaded and nausea sometimes cramps will make me feel like throwing up. Does anyone know why this is happening to me? Thanks in advance...

I went through something similar when I had AF, a few days before I would start feeling quite ill. I would get diarrhea, nausea and vomiting and I would also burp with a sulphur taste which was foul, I would feel lightheaded and have no energy. Then AF would start, but it would often be a spot or 2 of blood and then that was it done, maybe it would sometimes do that for 3 days and then stop. This went on for awhile, and thankfully it didnt happen every month generally as I didnt get AF every month. Then those symptoms just stopped.

Actually I get like this alot. I will throw up(sorry tmi) sometimes in the morning depeneding on what I eat, like if it is kind of GI balanced it is fine but if not I am sick. I get sick to my stomach around the time of ovulation and from day 26 to the day my period starts and then I am fine. Gag I hate it sorry you have to go through this too!!!

Sincerely,

Elaine

I'm feeling like that right now. I've had three days of feeling sick in the morining, and even into the afternoon. I've also gotten my mirgraines back after not having migraines for over a year. I started using NPC to induce AF so I'm thinking that might have something to do with it. Most months i don't get AF on my own, but last month with the help of NPC, AF showed up. For 30 days, but hey, she was here. So we'll see what this month brings, i'm due to have her visit any day. I just wish i didnt have to feel like such crap while i'm waiting.

The only I've noticed that helps with the sick feeling is adding some fresh ginger to my morning juice, and eating just a small amount right away in the morning and then having a snack around 10 or so. I'm sorry i don't have more answers, but i do sympathize greatly!!
