I never thought
things would ever be like this
living our lives as husband & wife
but not sharing it with kids

It pains me everyday I wake
you too; in your own way
No answers to explain it
our child raising yrs sit @ bay

Don't call me crazy
Please don't say it's alright
I know your intentions blind you
you're not the one fighting this fight

WHY ME, WHY US?
Should we accept this
& just trust
That our journey together
was meant to be childless?

No, NO..I just can't do that
& ignore my inner need
Something beyond me keeps nudging
& praying for us to succeed

Maybe we'll never get the answers
to this "WHY ME, WHY US" kraze
I doubt I'll ever stop dreaming
bout having a child to raise.

Kelly~ What an AMAZING poem!!! You are an insipration to me. I wonder the same things, but I know in my heart that we will be Mom's one day. The Lord has put the desire into our hearts to fulfill it. Though, we cannot understand when and how when we get our blessings, I truly feel that it will happen.

I miss talking to you and I think of you often
