 Wild Yam???
I just went to an herbalist because I am TTC and Clomid hasn't worked for me. My herbalist started me on Chaste Tree and Wild Yam combination. Herbal Cramp Relief(which has really worked wonders). A Mineral Chi Tonic for stress relief. What I was wondering has anyone had success on any of these (esp. Chaste Tree and Wild Yam). I had read on some site that Wild Yam was used as a contraceptive. This worries me because I'm TTC. Can anyone give me any info.
