I have been reading online about Wild Yam helping with high estrogen levels - estrogen dominance. I have also read about it being taken with Vitex.

Anyone have any info good or bad to share?

i have read that you shouldn't use wild yam that if you want to use a natural progesterone cream to make sure it doesn't have wild yam extract in it.

I will have to read more about that. I have not read that but only just started doing research.
I had found some information that suggested using Wild Yam with Vitex (Chasteberry) can help with estrogen dominance.

it would make sense to take them together...wild yam is a precursor (spl??) to progesterone, which means it can encourage your body to make progesterone. herbs generally work to bring balance, and whatever we can do to encourage balance is good (imho)!
