 Wild Yam and Black Cohosh Mix?
I currently take Black Cohosh,
I've heard Wild Yam is good to take as well....Does anyone know if it is ok to take the two at the same time?
Also does anyone know if I'm taking Wild Yam does it have the same effects as Progesterone Cream??? Or should I take both of them.
