Question Wild Yam Cream

Heya.
I've just ordered a tub of Wild Yam Cream and I was wondering if anyone else has had any experience with it?
What does it do? How long will it take to work? Where do I put it? Any side effects?

Would appreciate any response.

Thanks

Can I ask why you chose the wild yam cream? I read on a website once (which doesn't seem to be loading at the moment or I would post it) that wild yam is not recommended to increase progesterone, but does have a number of other benefits. If I recall correctly, one of these benefits is that it acts as a natural pain reliever which can help menstrual cramps. I take a vitex combination tincture that contains wild yam, but because there are several herbs in the tincture, I can't really pinpoint which one is doing what.

I did read a few pages about it mimicking the effects of progesterone cream?
and I read some pieces about how p cream has helped bring on AF?
