Hi everyone

I have just started regulating my periods and ovulating (thanks to Acupuncture & herbs). I was wonderingor now that my hormones are balancing out, will it help reduce excess hair?? I was under the impression it will stop any more popping up but it won’t reduce what I already have.

Does anyone know a bit more about this?

That is my understanding too. Once the terminal (=black) hair is out, it won't go back. But having your hormones under control should prevent any new excess hair growth from happening.
I'm sure if you run a search on this you'll turn up with a lot more info. I know it's on here, I've read several articles that mentioned this.

yes it will!
but there are other factors like eating too much sugar and allergies that affect the function of your hormones so make sure you don't have wheat and dairy allergies.
