Default Will hair fall out till I am totally bald?

Hey, I have tried everything and nothin works. I have very rapid hair loss. It is coming out from the root. My hair is looking really bad. I was wondering for those who never found away to stop it, will it just keep coming out till I am bald. I dont know how I will live with out my hair. It is the only thing I ever liked about myself. Thank you....

Lauralee
Have you tried getting regular scalp massages? Or nioxin? I know that stimulating blood flow to the scalp through massage is very good, and may regerate some follicles! Better yet, get some nioxin scalp therapy, and massage that into your scalp for like 2 minutes every day when you wash your hair, if you haven't tried that already. I am sorry that you are going through this, (hugs)

Hi Lauralee,

I am going through the same thing. I lost 3/4 of my hair since I stopped my bcp in July and have tried EVERYTHING and it is only getting worse. Rogaine did not help me either. One of the things I am trying next is if you search under alternative remedies there is a great hair thread started by KittyKay and she found an essential oil blend that works....I have ordered and am waiting for it. It seems alot of girls are liking it! Hope it works for me and you too!

Usually in women, if you get really advanced hair loss, it won't fall out until you are totally naked bald, like you see some guys. But it call fall out until you look totally ratty nasty unpleasant. Problem is, there's no way to predict completely perfectly what pattern your hairloss will take, and how far it will go. But it can get pretty icky looking. I think I'm headed that way. Mine has thinned horribly from the front hairline and temples going back.

And then some lucky ladies just have really mild thinning that no one else would ever notice.

I am suffering too......Nothing has helped me also. I have lost probably over half of my hair. I am starting to get anxiety attacks when brushing or washing my hair. It is just a helpless feeling. I started a new eating plan - Nutrisystem - and I am hoping that weight loss ( I have 86 pounds to lose, lost 3 already ) will help my hair loss in some way. Why is there no cure for this? It just baffles me!

(((Big Hugs)))
