Default Will planned parenthood refill my scrips if they pertain to PCOS?

I was wondering.. if I took all my bottles (mainly just the ones for my met and BCP) to planned parenthood and told them I was DXed with PCOS and I don't have insurance, would they refill my prescriptions? I'm sure they would give me the BCP, but the MET is what i'm really wondering about...

i don't think they could give you the met but they could give you a prescription for the b/c but they might make you pay for the appt

would a general doctor be able to do the refills? I'm worried because I'm still covered under my dad's company insurance and he's about to change jobs and we will be without insurance for like three months and we won't be able to afford to go to an endocrinologist.

There are no Rx's fda approved for PCOS. You might be better off giving specific reasons for the Rx's (ie "insulin resistance", 'irregular menstrual cycles")...or whatever the reasons are.

The PP in my area would not refill or prescribe Metformin. They of course will provide the BCPs, and charge you on a sliding scale.
