I tried the italian one, it's pretty good! Only 1 calorie per spray...Brings a whole new meaning to salad for me! I don't really like low cal salad dressing and this doesn't taste low cal to me. Good good!

These are fantastic. I tried the Red Wine Vinagrette, it is tasty.

Hmmm...they have high fructose corn syrup as the first or second ingredient, so I guess they are out for me.

these are good but from what i can tell, about 15 sprays is like 1/2 tsp, so it is probably just reg dressing, when you spritz it its so little that it is only one cal. But i love how it coats the lettuce.

i've tried it too... my favorite is the balsamic.... i am going to try it on cooked veggies as well.... now if they could only make spray thousand island :-) -- my favorite!
