Question Woke up with this red thing

This morning while drying off I found a raised red bump on my upper abdomen and it's not a pimple and not painful. It also was NOT there yesterday in any form. It is dark (looks like deep blood color) and about the size of a pin head. I googled and it sounds like a "cherry angioma." Does anyone know if these things travel alone or if I might get more? At least nobody sees my belly!

Yes I have them on my chest area and my dermo says its ok they are just age spots. She did call them some type of angioma also. I did have one on my breast that turned very black and they did have to remove it. They said it showed no signs of being cancerous so that was good news. I would just keep an eye on it and yes I do have numerous but they are somewhat small. My dermo rocks but you could always check with yours too. GL, dont worry too much !!

i have them on my chest and upper arms. you will probably get more, they act kinda like skin tags. but they don't hurt anything. we learned about them in cosmetology school, and they are usually harmless and will continue to crop up i guess they hang out like a gang! LOL i've got a gang of 4 on my left chest all in one area. nobody has ever paid any attention to them though, like i don't wear high collar shirts to hide them or anything.

Oh goodie, there could be more coming! But thanks for your help everyone, I didn't know what to think about this blood bump. If it gets bigger I may have to get it examined, but it is the same size as this morning.
