Hi girls
I don't spend all day reading mags, honest.......... but I found this article in Aug 8 issue of Womans Own.
It's called Your Hormone Horoscope, page 14 - 15. Basically it shows on day 1 - 7 this happens, day 8 - 14 this happens.
Just thought I'd mention it.

I like those sort of mags, much better than Heat and all those that seem the same these days!
