 Women with hair regrowth/stabilization

The one symptom I really am having a difficult time with is hairloss. I have been losing hair since 2005, luckily I had massively thick hair to begin with. It keeps getting thinner and thinner as the months pass. I don't experience big sheds, the hair that I lose just doesn't grow back. I tried Spiro but b.c of another health issue I can't use it. I currently take Yasmin and Finasteride 5 mgs which has helped with hirsutism but hasn't done much for the scalp hair. I have been on Finasteride since January and don't know how long it takes for regrowth etc.
I wanted to know if any woman on here has had success with anything other than spiro for hair. I am also curious if any woman here takes Avodart and has had success. I want to do as much as I can to keep it from getting to bad. Any advice with medications/supplements would be appreciated. Thanks. |
