I tried Sans Sucre mousse desserts. The mocha and cheesecake flavors are sweetened with nutrasweet. The chocolate is sweetened with splenda. I've tried all three! I guess there are quite a few more flavors if you can find them. They're great. I used whole milk, though, since that's what I had on hand. I guess you can use skim milk. You make it like any prepackaged mousse. Measure 3/4 cup of milk, add the mix, and whip with a mixer until fluffy. There's even two pouches per box. Together they make up 8 servings. I found them in my grocery store (Fred Meyer) by the diabetic treats.
