Unhappy Wondering about PCOS....

So here's my story... I've been TTC for 4 1/2 years and have never had a BFP! I have had an HSG that showed a normal uterus with clear tubes and a laparoscopy that showed endo which was removed. My DF also had a semen analysis done and his results were normal so the problem lies within me. I've had 5 cycles of femara and 3 cycles of clomid. I've also had Day 3 bloodwork done. Here are my results...

TSH: 1.52
FSH: 6.5
LH: 6.1
Estradiol: 37
Progesterone: 0.8
Testosterone Serum: 54
Testosterone Free: 1.7

I am wondering if I could possibly have PCOS. My sister has been diagnosed with it and my mother has diabetes. My symptoms include excess facial, chest and abdomen hair, overweight (apple shape), darkened skin on neck, armpits and under breasts, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and skin tags. But I have normal periods that come every 26-35 days. I've made an appt with my family doctor to have my blood sugar tested. My question is if I am diagnosed with PCOS what will they do that I haven't already done? How can this be fixed so that I am able to get pregnant? TIA.

Hi - sorry, I'm not familiar with reading bloodwork results...
I'd think that once you're officially diagnosed with pcos, they'll be able to monitor you more closely and prescribe the proper medications. Good luck!
