Well I've been on a few meds since Sept. my doctor was not pleased in seeing any weightloss with the metformin so my meds are now with Byetta. I started a week ago and have lost 9lbs!!!! I still eat 3 meals a day but can't eat very much, can't eat greasy foods either. I am loving this!!! I have had a bad day or two in that week where I was nausated or seemed to have kept trying to develop a headache. But overall its been great! But I had to adjust my meds....at first I was taking my thyroid med in the morning and metformin and yaz at night...now...
i get up at 4/5am for the thyroid med...go backto sleep until 6am and get up for my byetta shot...i take my metformin and yaz at lunch time and take another byetta shot that evening before supper. Its working so far for me!

Yay! Congrats on your weight loss! I'm happy you found a med that works for you.Met basically helped with my weight loss and also excercising and eating healthier helped too
