I'm on my second round of clomid---first round was 100mg and second was 150mg. I haven't had any serious side effects. Just a mild headache has been the worst side effect I've had. I've found that working helps me tremendously--it gives me something to focus on other than obsessing over every symptom. HTH

I was on clomid for around 9 cycles altogether before I got pregnant. I found that the biggest side effects that I had on the higher doeses was hotflashes/ night sweats. I always took my clomid before I went to bed and would wake up in the middle of the night kicking away the sheet/ blankets and taking my cloths off and the wake up later shivering. it didn't effect my sleep to bad because I just fell back asleep right away. Nothing that kept me from getting up and going to work.
