Hi Guys--
go to the RE 12/1-- and the pre information packet includes a BBT chart. I work night three days aweek but the other days I am on a dayshift schedule. Just wanted to make sure, but it's pointless to temp right? b/c my schedule changes so much??

Thanks guys I just don't want to get to the RE in December and he say.. why haven't you been temping all this time??? lol

I'm sure someone else will chime in with better feedback, but it might not be *pointless*. Can you try taking your temp after a good block of sleep and see how it looks? There might still be enough of a trend to be useful.

I don't think it will work, but if it were me, I would still try it! I mean, you ARE getting at least 3 hours of continuous sleep, so.....

Maybe you can just temp the days you're on dayshift. You'll miss 3 days a week, but you would still get a good idea of norm, and you should get a temp one of the days you spike after O. It's not perfect, but I would think some is better than none.
